This is a small air-conditioned apartment complex that comprises 21 rooms. Additionally there is a café and a restaurant facility.

The standard rooms are simply furnished and they are equipped with a kitchenette, oven and fridge. They also consist of a balcony or a terrace overlooking the garden of the complex. Further in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, TV, tea and coffee making facilities, an iron and ironing board and a double bed. Individually regulated air conditioning and heating units are a further standard feature.

There is a large garden in the middle of the complex that surrounds the outdoor swimming pool with poolside snack bar and sun loungers and parasols laid out for use by the water's edge.
